This is the 3rd time I have taken my truck in for different issues and each time I have had to take it back in because the problem was not fixed right the first time. This is very inconvenient and time consuming not to mention each time I take my truck in it takes at least 2 days to get it back.

Had a bit of a mishap though after this visit to have a headlight beam changed. I paid for it but did not check it before leaving the lot. That night at 9p when needed car lights, it was still out. Took car back next a.m. & Michael was able to resolve 100%. Thank you.
It is always a pleasure to come in to get ny car serviced. The reason is that the guys in the service department are always professional, cordial, and in good spirits. Customer service is a dying art, but the guys, including the driver, do a great job.
Waited 3 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for. Will ever purchase the maintenance package again. Would have rather paid, gone to jiffy lube which would taken 12 minute and got a free car wash. I hate getting my car serviced at Colly Ford.
