I was very pleased with the service. Eric is really a great service guy and there was a young lady there this morning as well that was very helpful. I really appreciate how well Eric keeps me updated throughout the day regarding my car.
George the ornery gentleman that got me set up is a great guy. Very friendly and extremely funny. Everyone there was very nice and professional. I will only take my car there for any kind of issue. You have a great team there.

Eric’s customer service was amazing and he was a big help in my situation. Unfortunately when i got my car back the alignment was messed up and no one at the service center mentioned anything. Also missing apart of my seat handle.

I had to leave my scheduled appointment, prior to me scheduling I had asked the operator how long my basic oil change to would take she stated no more than an hour, I agreed and when I went to leave my car the associate stated it would be more than 1hr and 45 minutes he was very flustered and irritated, made it a point to call the operator while I was there to clarify which was unnecessary as it made me feel like he was making sure I wasn’t lying. , I had to take my car elsewhere, I was very disappointed I have never received bad service until this event.
