Mark is awesome, but vehicle was there for a week and returned unwashed? Discounts on expensive services not offered or honored as advertised in mailer. Looking for 2018 Expedition, Colley Ford has one (1)? Sales rep gave me his card didn't get my name or offer to call me when more arrive?

My Ford Fusion seems to be running well following the recall work. However I have one little concern. When I picked up my car Thurs. morning, I noticed the brake light on when it was being driven from the work area to where I was standing. I just hope the car was not driven too much with the brake light on. The young man who drove the car did not turn off the brake light when he got out of the car. Just wondering.

Eric took care of my 2017 mustang gt, had to get the engine replaced under warranty due to defect, Eric was super helpful and updated me every day during the process, and he did not mind my so many questions and phone calls. Overall Great job !
