If it wasn't for the great customer service from your service department I wouldn't own a Ford. Eric McCown was very informative about the service my car required. He mentioned about a free rental car for work done on a lock recall which is great. That helps me out a lot. Overall the service department is great. This included Eric, Mike and George.
