Sierra was great, helpful and fully explained to me what they were going to do, ended up doing and what they suggested was needed on the next service.
She does need a desk inside though, all the fumes and car exhaust is unfair for her to be outside! ;-)

It would have been nice if my truck had been washed
I was not checked in by Mark ****. I scheduled my appointment with him to have my window washer looked at. On Monday I was checked in by another gentlemen as I was not aware that Mark was assigned to my vehicle. I received my paperwork and left my vehicle overnight to be looked at the next day. On Tuesday at two o’clock I called because I haven’t heard anything. Mark answered and did not know what was going on. He did call back to say they needed to hint down a reservoir. My complaint is communication. At least call the customer or if customer calls you at least no where you stand without having to call back. And your labor was way more then the part. I have been bringing my car in to Larry Frances for 8 years. He always kept me informed. I don’t know what happened to him but, either Your men are over worked or you customer service is not important. I will not be coming back if this service from Ford continues.
Job appears to be completed as agreed to. Thank you for the complimentary car wash, it was a pleasant surprise.
