Loved my Service here! It was quick, easy, and very informative. Will definitely return here for my next Service. The only request I have is, please cover my leather seats. I found oil stains on my light tanned leather. Other than this everything else was great, thank you Eric!
He was really kind and listened to me. Car was ready approximately when he said even had my dirty dirty car washed.
There was a little miscommunication about an oil change, which I take full responsibility for. As for Eric, he was great!

Everything went really smooth and it only took under an hour.
Eric McCown was helpful on the phone prior to my arrival. I had a flat tire. He suggested the road hazardous plan which I had no idea about. Upon my arrival,he immediately attended to my needs (flat tire). Purchased a new tire. He said that I would need to wait two hours but that was not the case. I waited 1 hour. I arrived at 4 p.m. and was paying for the service by 5 p.m. He provided excellent customer service. Five ***** to Eric!

I had specifically asked that my car be washed BEFORE I got there to pick it up. It’s been a constant struggle for this to happen. Eric said sure. The car was not washed. I was told there were 10 cars in front of mine, though they said they would wash it while I waited. I had a long day and I didn’t want to wait so I took it unwashed. If I get a call saying my car is ready, am I expecting too much to believe that it is ready AND washed? I really don’t understand why this keeps happening.
They don't come any better then mr Keith. He always makes it a good experience.
George did a great job getting my truck in for service and was a pleasure to talk to
Eric McCown did a fantastic job keeping me updated. Now my seats work as good as new.
