Sierra went beyond my expectations for my service that day. I complained that I could not get to my battery for jump starts she showed me how I could. She also helped be realize that my service warranty is nor up unil 2019, what a relief????. When my car was brought back to me she personally took my car back to be washed because you were short staffed that day. I am a nurse and customer service is a very high prority, we work at saving lives and making people feel better well I went home feeling great!! I also want to put in a good word for Miss/Mrs. Feathers, Mark in service and the old guy, please forgive but that guy is awesome as well. Obviously as you can tell and if you can't Your peeps are awesome!!! I would definitely recommend Colley Ford for sevice with a huge smile. Give hugs to everyone for me. ???????????????

The price for brakes seemed high.
My tire pressure lights are on and we’re obviously not reset as they should have been. Now I have to go back to your dealership to have that problem corrected. It’s just not right

He’s great, he’s helping me with the peeling paint problem . Ford won’t warranty it so he’s trying to help me with getting it repainted through the paint department behind Colley Ford. He’s an awesome employee and you better keep him.
