Will never purchase any Ford product again and will advise everyone I know not to. You don’t stand behind your defective products.
I have been with George since I brought my Mustang and followed him to many different Ford Dealers. He is an outstanding service advisor. He always explains on the repairs and makes you feel very comfortable. AAA +++ rating thank you George for looking after my Mustang.

George has always been a great service advisor and should be commended for his very friendly demeanour.
The dealer was helpful but it took a week to fix the issue, and Ive had the car back a week and it it not working again.
I appreciate that he called me to advice me that he received my vehicle after leaving it in the bay area & when it was done even though he sent text messages.They were small minor services & the work was completed in a timely manner.
George was the consummate professional.
He really listened to my concern and did not judge my comments.
George took the necessary steps to try to understand why I am replacing my battery more frequently than is reasonable.
