Had an appointment for 8am, dropped at off the night before. Received confirmation text at 7am that they had my car in for service. Call at 1:4;pm because I haven’t heard anything back yet. Turns out the service rep for my appointment didn’t show up! The guy in he phone was rude and said they were barely getting to it. When I asked why nobody gave me an update about it I was upset because it was just a normal service, Nothing special. The cut calls back at 3:15 saying my car needs rear brakes but that it can still be ready at 3 as he previously promised. Finally get a call at 3:38 that the car is ready. I am extremely unhappy because I was stranded for a whole day when it should have taken 2 hours tops. Not happy and may not be back to service my car at this dealership

I left my car at the dealership in pristine condition and got it back filthy dirty. This car is always garaged and has never been as dirty as when I got it back from College Ford. Never coming back for any type of service!

A service that I asked for was NOT provided even though that is what I made my appointment for. Everytime I take my car to get serviced by this dealership, I am not completely satisfied. Please do not contact me any further about this matter. Thank you
