The tire pressure monitor stopped reporting on one of my tires. The Service Department thought it was a bad sensor, replaced it (twice) but found that the tool they were using would not program it. Took 3 weeks for them to determine that they needed a new tool which they have still not procured. We are now leaving on a vacation so it will be another 3 weeks before they will try again with a new tool....then who knows.

I had my truck in for the second time for a/c repair. I paid $787 on my first visit. After driving only 40 miles, my a/c failed again. I brought the truck back in again. I was then given an estimate of $2200 (tax included). I told Eric to hold off on the repairs. I then checked with four repair shops. I was given lower estimates based on the exact parts Eric told me were needed. The next day I told him not to do the repairs. He told me he would see if he could lower Colley’s charge for repair. He knocked down the price to $1874 plus tax ($2042). I said ok. Eric was not in today and my bill was $2084 plus tax ($2196). I was OVERCHARGED $154. I expect a refund from you. ALSO.... when I picked up my truck there were greasy fingerprints on my door area and also grease on my passenger seat. The overcharge May be higher as I included tax on labor on his $1874 estimate. I expect to have this resolved next week.
