Eric was great, but the quality of the work was just not good. Truck was there for an entire day to complete a 1 hour job and the had to return the second day because the brake controller switch wouldn't work. Made an appointment for a one hour job and then spent two days trying to get it done correctly. BTW I utubed the install and in 1 minute understand both issues they ran into, one minor and one an oversight.
