Eric provided me with exceptional service. He kept me updated has requested and completely followed up with everything. He provided me with the best service I've had at your dealership in the last 4 years. However while Eric provided exceptional service I must say that Colley Ford failed me again with giving it that little extra. My car was not washed and this was something that I had talked about with the service manager the assistant service manager and CJ. My whole family goes to dealerships and they won't let him leave until their car has been washed. Understand that's not why I bought my car in, however it is something that helps promote the loyalty that I would think a dealership would like. This is also something that I have brought up every times I have come in for service for the last 4 years? Nothing has changed? So except for Eric, Give Me a Reason why I should continue my loyalty to Colley Ford?

Eric was very helpful. He greeted me in a very friendly and courteous manner. I told my car was hesitating on starting like the battery was going bad. He got in the car and try ed starting it and the car responded like it had a low battery. He looked up my car's service record and that the battery had been changed 16 months ago. He explained to me how my car would be serviced and inspected. That the electrical system would be checked out and if the battery was bad that it is still under warranty. I also scheduled The Works service. My car was completed in a timely manner and Eric called me when it was ready. I am extremely happy with service I was provided.

Think this survey sent in error. Think it was 2mos ago that had car serviced at Cooley Ford. Can’t remember but thinking had not received a survey after that incident.
So took car in because of an ongoing issue. However, still having the same issue even though car is running.

Once they figured out the problem with my truck it was repaired rather quickly. Eric kept my up to date daily until it was completed
It took a little longer then promised to get my truck back but George pushed to get it done

Sierra was very knowledge, honest, and very up front. Didn't try to oversell.
Not happy with the results but Mark did good in the circumstances. I am very unsatisfied with Fords 6.4 Diesel engine. Too many reduced engine power issues for which there seems to be no resolution.
