George is always great. When I came in, all the guys were super great and very interactive. Not fun spending money on your car, but they all made it fun yesterday.
Mark was very efficient and got all the information he needed quickly. The work that was needed was done in 1 1/2 hours and he personally looked for me and told me that my suv was ready and walked me to the cashiers office to explain the mechanic's findings and what work was done. Great customer service!
George is professional, polite and always has a good stock of cookies.

Eric Mccown was extremely helpful at providing me with service advice. He was clear, concise, and caring. Eric understood that I had a budget and provided me with honest recommendation to get my vehicle running at its optimal level. This is the first time I have seen Eric at Colley Ford. I bouht tires and new shocks upon picking up my vehicle the valve stem caps were missing and the counter weights were placed on the outside of my chrome rims had it not been for George Keith that gave me great service and replaced my caps I probably would not come back George is a great employee
