My car comes in every 7-9,000 Miles. I was told I need brakes and rotors for my first brake job. I’m upset that I wasn’t told to have the brakes done last oil change visit when I would have only had to pay for brakes. Now I don’t TRUST your service department. I will have the work performed somewhere else.

I’m completely satisfied with George Keith, but i’ve Had my 2018 Expedition in to fix one problem 4 times, and your service department still hasn’t quite figured out how to fix it. Still ongoing. George is great however.
Everything was ok but The salesperson on my new truck toll me that they will send me coupons for the first oil change

Colley was great, Eric kept us informed and work was done well. Enterprise however was less good. First they gave us a huge 4X4 truck, later changed to a Focus that stank of dirty diapers. We appreciate the free rental car, but cannot recommend Enterprise, their service was sub-par. We are now back at Colley, so we're happy there.
Great customer service very helpful very knowledgeable in their service when they say they're going to get something done on time they do it I would always recommend Colley Ford to my friends and family
