Eric is good communicating the real status of what’s going on. Only thing he could improve on is the frequency of communication. He’ll respond right away, and then not for hours or the next day. The inconsistency is kind of annoying. But when something does happen, he let’s me know.

Sierra was awesome. She kept me updated, made sure my car got washed. I was in-out within a hour.
Everything was great. George even did the work himself in just a few minutes.

I asked for a thorough inspection of car to find any other potential problems since it was already going to be there for a week. Doesn't really seem like that happened. Very glad to have the things I knew about fixed, though. As always, Eric was very lovely to work with.I really appreciate his efforts in fixing my key. 4.5/5 stars overall.
Just wish that last piece of paper with car/tire/battery diagnostics was actually filled out with some effort. Saying all my tires were at 32 psi when I know I have a slow leak in one,or the fact that front wipers got an OK when one blade was obviously torn, really doesn't put a lot of merit behind any of the other categories.
(Yes blades are easy to replace and it is more about the mechanics, but would marking OK yet leaving a comment to change blade really be that difficult?)
Will likely be coming back because of great customer service, but was underwhelmed by apparent effort.

I was ok with the fact that I took my car in to be serviced on a holiday. I was told that it would be ready by Tuesday. I was provided with a rental car. On Tuesday morning I returned the rental car because my service tech said I was only allowed 4 days of rental with my warranty. I waited all day for the call that would say my car was ready! After leaving 2 messages for Mark he finally calls and lets me know that there was a hiccup with my repair! My car would not be ready until Wednesday (5th day). He said he would authorize another rental day, This call was at 5:30pm, enterprise closes at 6pm and I get out of work at 6pm. So I had no car that evening! I was unhappy with the non communication from Mark.. I was left wondering all day if my car would be ready!
