Very Satisfied. My vehicle had a warning light, and drove in without an appointment - There was no issue to check out the issue and resolve it! I was actually surprised, and very pleased at the outcome.

As usual Michael Islip was prompt helpful and clear about the service and it's estimated cost. Upon completion he was able to apply some discounts. I was very pleased with the service. Salvador the courtesy van driver took me home and brought me back to pick up my car. He is very personable. We had a fun conversation during the trip.

My appointment was 10:00 an but the lady suggested to come early so I came at 7:00am asked how many hours and told me 3-4 hours but I got the call almost 3:30 pm and closes at 4:00pm .

Excellent job by Mr Keith. Kept me informed and showed me what was causing the problem. Quick service and my Transit was ready when he said it would be ready. Great personality, even when he wasn’t feeling well.
