I have no idea what has been drawing it down, but I am more comfortable now that you guys did not find anything wrong with it. You are a asset to the Ford Motor Company and I wish every service advisor was like you.

Eric was awesome he told me he called me at 2 and he called me at 2 and gave me an update told me that they might have to keep my car but he wasn't for sure and by the time I got there my car was done and I was totally satisfied thank you Eric

Scheduled 7am appointment a week in advance. Explained the recall, repair, and battery replacement which needed to take place. 2 days later only the battery has been replaced. I could have done that myself cheaper, faster, and without wasting my time. I was told if I left it for the rest of the week it “might “ get done. Not sure what the point of an appointment is. I don’t have unlimited cars and drivers on standby for when the maker of these vehicles won’t fix them in a timely manner. No legitimate auto repair shop would string their customers along like this.
