Thanks George. You are awesome and very patient. Thanks for working on my truck, explaining the noise the engine was making and putting it through the ringer on the battery draw test. I have no idea what has been drawing it down, but I am more comfortable now that you guys did not find anything wrong with it. You are a asset to the Ford Motor Company and I wish every service advisor was like you.

Eric was awesome he told me he called me at 2 and he called me at 2 and gave me an update told me that they might have to keep my car but he wasn't for sure and by the time I got there my car was done and I was totally satisfied thank you Eric

Scheduled 7am appointment a week in advance. Explained the recall, repair, and battery replacement which needed to take place. 2 days later only the battery has been replaced. I could have done that myself cheaper, faster, and without wasting my time. I was told if I left it for the rest of the week it “might “ get done. Not sure what the point of an appointment is. I don’t have unlimited cars and drivers on standby for when the maker of these vehicles won’t fix them in a timely manner. No legitimate auto repair shop would string their customers along like this.
