I think that the simple oil change took too long. I made an appointment for 10 AM I decided not to wait because I was told it could take more than 1 1/2 hours. The car was not ready until around 2:30. Another thing I take issue with is the poor attempt at washing the car. A simple rinse is not satisfactory. That just leave dirty water spots and the car needs to be re-washed anyway. If you are going to do this extra do it right! A job half done it not a job well done.

Eric is an amazing service advisor I only go to him because I feel he has a good relationship with me and my vehicles I feel with his expertise he’s able to take care of my vehicles and deliver them promptly back with every service visit I would like to take this opportunity t to thank Erik. for his professionalism and attention to detail thank you sir

George was great! Really enjoy talking to him. I trusted him to assist me with my car battery issue and he didn’t disappoint. It’s a pleasure to go and get my car serviced at Colley. This is my go to place for any car maintenance or issues. The service Dept members really go above & beyond to provide the best service.

First,Mark **** provided excellent service & kept in communication with me. I didn’t like having to go back for an issue with an oil change,but was very pleased with how everything was handled when I brought my truck back. Mark had the where with all & took the iniative to perform the recall work while my truck was sitting,waiting for a part for the other issue. The car loaner was a big plus. I’ll continue to take all my car business to Colley. Don’t get rid of Mark????????
