I say "no" only because, since my car is a Toyota, you weren't able to complete all of the services my vehicle needed. But my car is in good shape overall, which I appreciate. My only other suggestion would be to offer SVR activation on more than just Wednesdays. It might be out of your control, but it would help those of us who live/work out of the area, since it's tough to make it there on a Wednesday. Thank you.

Mark was like always polite but he was trying to tell me that computer didn’t sand signals to the shatters and why they were not closing when I was turned engine off. He also said that when mechanic was looking at the shatters they were closed. What I have observed for last three years that I have been turned ignition off the shatters were always closed. Now seems to me that computer has changed its mind and decided not to close shatters. I think if computer doesn’t do its job then must be replaced by new one. It’s logical or not? But I was told that everything is fine so I’m driving with open shatters if’s warm or cold. I am not a mechanic but seems to me that shatters and thermostat work together to keep engine in right temperature. It’s not a first time that I have problems with that car so I have decided this time to call headquarters and shear my complaints with them. Thank you for quick response and hope that problem will be fixed in prompt way. Wlodzimierz T Lubelski

My car was kept for extended period without compensation for a $275 car rental bill, which had to be incurred because my car was not diagnosed until almost 5 days after drop off. I was finally given a loaner car.

I was completely satisfied and Sierra was extremely helpful, however one day after getting my new brakes installed and after having driven my children many miles on the freeway, I heard a strange noise. I took off the cap on my wheel to find 2 lug nuts not screwed on, just sitting there bouncing around in the cap. There was another that was ready to fall off as well. I haven't checked how tight the others are because I was so angry I wanted to let you know. That wheel could have easily come off on the freeway. That is a huge and avoidable error.
