Price for the part was a little on the high side, but probably not much we can do about that. Sierra is the associate I dealt with and she is absolutely amazing. Very sweet and knowledgeable. She took very good care of me. She was easy to talk to. She will definitely be my go to person in the future.

I was promised a $10 coupon and it was verified but I still got charged the full price. I had to get going and wiping out the charge and then putting the correct charge would still hold the first price for a day or so (I know this from other experiences with my card) so I just said forget it. It’s not the price but take your time with your customers. It’s highly annoying

While Eric was excellent in taking care of me, unfortunately the service team was not thorough in ensuring the parts replaced were done correctly. Had they taken more time in testing the brakes/rotors, there wouldn’t have been a need for me to come back two times.
