George is the best. He always has a smile on his face and goes over and beyond to help. Today I left my phone at the bank and had no idea where it was. George called me to confirm and the bank teller answered George asked them to hold my phone and when I came in for my oil change he told me Wells Fago has your phone and are keeping it for you till you get there. He is an absolute gem.
Asked him if the dealer could please wash my truck
Before I picked it up.. he said “he would try”.. I

Blocked in unwashed.. I proceeded to pay and
Told the cashier about the wash.. i paid her and she
Took it upon herself to get my vehicle washed ..
she went above all expectations and I left the
Dealer with a nice big smile.. thank u ????

Sierra was great as was Mr ****. Unfortunately Ford doesn’t have a fix for my car at this point. Therefore I’m driving a vehicle in which I don’t have confidence that it won’t fail me and leave me stranded again. This is not because of Colley staff, but Ford Motor Company.
