Service was good but it took 2 day to service the car. didn't get call until 5:30pm saying car not ready, then next day car not ready until 5:15pm. service dept could have called and let us know it was going to take 2 day to fix car.

Even with an appointment, the oil change took longer than an hour. Once the oil change was finished, I had to wait for the paper work to be complete. Overall, the experience was a 2 on 1-10 scale.

Parts took a bit of time other then that he was great. He showed me how to reset the oil light which the owners manual was wrong.

My 2015 Edge has a known leak (google 2015 Edge water leak) but Colley Ford didn't know anything about it and couldn't figure out why the driver's side floor board was soaking wet! If I could find the answer online why couldn't they! I'm very dissatisfied with Colley Ford customer service - no one ever seems to know what's going on with your car when you take it in for service. I'm also not happy with the fact that my new car now has water damage and smells like mold!
I arrived at 8:20am for my 8:30am appointment and was told an hour and a half. My truck wasn't done till 11:00am
I appreciate the availability of a next day appointment and the quick turn around even though it was a holiday weekend.
Jon took time to explain and kept me informed with what was needed to keep my Expedition in top form. I appreciate the service/communication and will be back.
