Having just gotten service at Metro Honda I have seen what a top
Notxh facility looks like. I suggest you check it out and see how you compare. After my oil change my car sat while the paper work was completed. This after over two hours of waiting for the service to be done. I had called a few days ahead for an appointment but there was no record of this appointment.
Larry did an exceptional good job for me, he made the appt for me and I told him that I had another app that morning, so I needed out as soon as possible, he got me out in record time and I was able to make my appt.

Great service. Liked the text messaging feature they used to communicate updates on my vehicle. Also I needed to use the shuttle service both ways & I really appreciated that.

I have been going to Larry for years now. Today I brought in my 16 year old son to get him familiar with how to bring our cars in for service. I appreciate being accommodated with my schedule to address my vehicle. It was a scheduled maintenance that wasn't critical but I was able to take of it with the service department. Thanks to Sal being available to shuttle me back and forth.
you could not fix the problem 94 mustang GT pass the parts .and after market distributor. you. dd not charge me which was great.
Appreciate the quick turnaround (car done in less than three hours). Not real happy this service required two visits to order parts.
