The work on the car was fine. I had a 7:30 a.m appt. for an oil change & check up. I was told it would be appropriately 45 minutes. It took 3 hours; 25 minutes waiting for paperwork.

Larry was great! Customer service was excellent. As well as the shuttle driver. I did not get his name, (Wednesday 1/11 ) but he was wonderful. So friendly and very kind man. My only disappointment was I had to come back because a part was not in stock. Which was a 02 sensor. Also i think all vehicles should be vacuum as a complementary when it's gets serviced. Like JiffyLube.
