John did a great job. I arrived right a closing time and I'm sure he wanted to leave. He could see how desperate I was to drop off the truck for rear that it would not start again if I brought it home. He was very friendly, took care of the paperwork that evening; communicated well and did what he said he would do. Thanks john

I have no issues with the service at the dealership. I just feel that the service advisor wasn't very friendly and I wasn't comfortable with him and prefer dealing with someone else if that's okay.
