Top Notch service as always..I think we.went to Colley Ford thrice..and as always the service is excellent.. (Expedition to Escape) compared to Ford West Covina...that dealer.should never be allowed to service fords. Horrendous ,unethical dealer.
My car was there for over a week they did not fix the problem I picked it up on Tuesday had to bring it back the same night because it was making the same noise from the clutch fan that was after I paid over 1,100 for a new computer board which I still do not feel my car needed because it did not fix the problem brought it back and Jon B help me and I was very satisfied with the way he handled things a thermostat was put in my car which was the problem which I had stated before because my car was overheating I felt that I should have gotten some reimbursement for the 1,100 I paid spot spoke with the service manager John Levy told him how what I felt I should get back and I did not get anything back from Wednesday till Tuesday I did not have a car which I made very clear when I brought my car back in that I do not have another car to drive was not offered a loaner or anything when I brought it back in Wednesday with John B he did give me a rental car from Enterprise and I was very happy with that because try going without a car for a week and in pouring down rain I'm still not sure that my car is fixed I do not feel safe driving it but if it acts up again with the same problem I will bring it back and I will be getting my 1,100 back one way or another the best service I got was from John B
The entire staff I came into contact with was enjoyable and didn't treat their job as a ****. Including the gentleman who provides transportation, great personality. Thanks

Service was good. Except my low tire pressure light came on this morning. I took my car to Costco and all 4 tires had a tire pressure of 30lbs while the service form said you filled it to 35lbs. So I don't know if the service tech actually filled the tires with air. Overall I was happy with the service except for this issue. Thanks!!!
