Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
Our car was in on January 31st for service. After picking it up I followed my wife home and noticed a2 of the 4 brake lights weren't working. I looked on the safety check list and the green box for light checked was checked off indicating light system was alright. We bright the car back in this morning and brought this to Larry's attention. He spoke with mangement and they agreed to take care of the problem for cost of the parts only and no labor cost. New lights were installed in 30 minutes. Way to step up and do the right thing. Another outstanding customer service job by Coley Ford. Thank you Larry for taking the lead on this issue.

My appointment was at 9:15 am. I arrived about 9:05 and they were very busy.They acknowledged me and said they will be right with me. By 9:10 I was in the kiosk and my car was being checked in for service. Keep up the good customer service.
