Larry was so great ! My car had some wiring issues that were pretty extensive and Larry always communicated with me clearly what the issues were and how long they would take. He also worked hard to make sure I had a vehicle available and really cared to expedite the work on my car quickly. He is greatly appreciated by me and my family !

Larry was considerate and possessed adequate knowledge of what I needed to have done for my car. My car was finished before the estimated time. In addition the offered me a shuttle home and picked me up to come and retrieve my vehicle.

Brought the vehicle in at 7am wasn't done until almost 4 pm waited to drop truck off waited to pay for service waited to have truck brought back from service and was in hold for 15 minutes at 2:30 checking status of vehicle. Coustmer service is poor at best

As far as the the service yes it was fine but I have a vibration issue with the top of the dash board and I was told I would have to bring it back, they were very busy. the car was completed around 11:30am and they could have kept it it longer to take a look at at it but now I have to reschedule and go out of my way to bring the car in. I'm not happy about that. When I made my appointment I told them I wanted that looked at.
