Michael Turner was very professional and helpful. He corrected all issues with my vehicle and also inspected the car completely for any other issues that I may have not be aware of. If I was to have any issue with Lincoln service it would be the lack of loaner car availability

The only dissatisfaction, so far was the time taking to get our vehicle back, almost 3days! And we had to call the service department to find out was the vehicle finished! Additional, we had to pay for the work done, when should have been a warranty problem..... the air condition was leaking into the passenger side of the floor board

Paid for a windshield wiper -rear - arm and blade, and it doesn’t work. Will be in Friday for them to look at it. Otherwise pickup and delivery’s service were great as usual
