Mr. Turner is very hospitable, interested in addressing concerns to the clients satisfaction and all with a pleasant smile. The gentlemen who took me to/from metro were all so very pleasant. Ms. Pam Williams was thoughtful and efficient in helping me settle the bill. Overall, the experience was very positive.

James did an excellent job with the exterior wash, however as a black label owner I would love the option to extend the gate service to include vacuuming and cleaning the interior.

The panel with the lock and window controls on the driver side door had been taken apart and not put back together. We’ll be bringing it back this week and hope it can be reassembled while we wait so we don’t have to leave the car again. The work done on the car itself was great and we’ve received fantastic customer service from DJ Michael and Pierre.
