I made an appointment to replace shocks and other service a week in advance. I brought my Lincoln in the day prior so that work could begin early the following day — and I rented a car. The following day at 2:00 PM I called and discovered work had not begun. I informed Mr Owens I will come and pickup my car.” Very poor attention to customer needs. You’re Fired!
