Mr Turner is an excellent associate. I thought after 2.5 hrs of waiting for a car wash that my car wouldnt have the same bird stain on the window and the bugs on the front wouldnt still be there either but they were..very disappointed in the wash

They took the car that drove in behind me before they took me. They tried to charge me $54.?? instead of $43.19 at checkout.It took about 30 minutes to find the key fob for my car.My 2 previous oil changes at East West were so good that I told my friends to go to East West.This last oil change on 9/19/19 was not such a great experience.

I would like to give a Special Thanks to Michael for going that extra mile in assisting me with getting my car serviced. It cut off on 3 seperate times during driving at night and he displayed genuine concern to having it serviced and I truely am grateful for his help.
