I still have the rattle in the dash. They fixed the door panel did excellent job on that. But need to bring it back for dash rattle.

I made an appointment through the Lincoln application for 12:30. When I arrived, only one person was at the service desk and he was too busy on a call to acknowledge my presence. When another person did become available, I was told service department was closed for lunch and that East sweat Lincoln doesn’t receive service scheduling through the application and there was no record of my appointment. Somehow it was found, I waited two hours, was never told why my tire pressure kept fluctuating, and had to locate my car on the lot because the man I was working with had gone to lunch. This was my first service and it left quite a bit to be desired.

James Owens ???? Do you mean “Lou” the old who plays pick up basketball at Glenaeden Rec. The same guy who waits in the corner and lays no defense and shoots the ball all the time. Yeah if that is James owns as I know him as Old (Lou). He’s the best guy and employee you have at Lincoln “hell he should sale cars”. better keep him around if you want Lincoln to stay in business Koach
