I requested a service that I had not indicated that I needed when I made my appointment. Mr. Turner politely stated we don’t have anyone to provide that that service today, however, we should have in a couple days and I will call you and have a car for you so you can leave your vehicle with us. Then he ran to catch me, as he realized I had left my other keys in my car (which I really needed that day !!! That was great service! Betty N

Michael has made this process seamless!!! I’ve owned several cars prior and have never had a personalized service technician who has made it comfortable and easy to call with any questions and takes the time to explain the process. I purchased the Nautilus in Richmond, VA and needed to find a local dealer to service my vehicle. Funnily, I considered Annapolis being that it was a larger dealership but the reviews were horrid. I took a chance to start my relationship with East West Lincoln and I’m so glad that I did. Thanks Michael!!!
