I really like the service regarding the handling of the safety recall. I was appreciative with complimentary car wash until I realized that the vehicle was half done. I was confused because I felt that this dealership had more respect for the brand and the car. I thought paying attention to detail is what set dealerships apart with a luxury brand.

I appreciated that my service advisor was able to answer questions about my vehicle that weren’t necessarily related to my reasons for coming in on Monday, and I appreciated that he kept me informed about how my service needs were progressing and when I could expect the service to be completed.
