Excellent service provided by “DJ” ! He put gas in my car and took complete care of getting me a loaner. He also saw to it that I received the proper service, took care of the check engine issues and suggested something I needed for proper maintenance. I look forward to my next visit. This was the first time I brought my truck to get an oil change at East West Lincoln, since purchasing it from here. I should've been coming here, all along! I chose to drive an extra 30+ minutes here because I wasn't pleased with the service at Academy Ford, which is 4 minutes from my house. I will be coming to East West Lincoln for my truck preventive maintenance and care because Michael Turner greeted me with a smile and answered my question in a professional manner. Plus, my car's exterior was washed! Who knew?! (Smile) The only change I would make would be to make an appointment next time. I came at 8 AM, but the wait was a little long. Still, worth the wait, though.
