It took me almost a month to get a car loan, and then get my car repair. Mr. Owens was not clear with his explanations when he called me to request the authorization for the repair. He asked me to authorize a service for around $480, but the total was $911,24. At the time of the phone call, I asked him twice for the total amount. He also changed the lug nuts, something that I never requested, for $83.80. I'm definitely not happy with the service provided.

Better communication in regards to completion of service. I am not asking for exact but if I could get a realistic estimate on whether the vehicle would take a few hours or would take a few days. Otherwise the service was fantastic and a seamless transaction.

Mr. Mike T assisted with great care. Mike greeted me and diligently inspected my vehicle prior to accepting for my requested services. He respectfully took the time to inform me of the time it would take and came to the waiting area to advise of a recall that would be managed.
