1st, you shouldn't pick-up on Friday if ya'll are closed on the weekend. Also, you need to put the gas used back in the car, like we would have to with the rental.

Mr. James Ownes has been and is very professional, pleasant, patient and listens to my concerns regarding my vehicle. I recently dropped my vehicle off for its routine maintenance service. The drop off proces was quick and seamless. Mr. Owens asked the pertinent questions and notified me a little later regarding an air filter replacement. No Electric service technician was available to assess why the fan for the AC blows low even when fan is set to blow high. Kept overnight and no technician was available the next day either. Picked up vehicle since no one was available; still need to reschedule.

Mr. Owens, as usual was very courteous, and kind. When I called him he said he said he was swamped, but I could have it towed over and he would see what he could do. He called me 2 days later and told me what I needed and it might be next week before they could get to all the things. That was Wednesday, Friday afternoon I got a call, my car was ready. I was surprised to hear that, and it was sooo clean!!!!! and shining!!!! I have only driven it once since, I hope I don’t find anything wrong when I’m able to drive as usual. Thanks East West!!!

This is the second time we have our car in for the same problem. Both times it was diagnosed with a faulty fuel pump. The last time lincoln sucked up the cost of a new pump which was great. Luke has always kept us informed of what was happening which is great customer service. The service guts are great as well. They listened to what I said happened and proceeded to correct the problem.
