Mr. Owens was very helpful. It just took I got that 830 and I left my car didn’t pick it up till 3 o’clock. Mr. orange called me at three and told me my SUV was ready. Evidently you all is very short a hair. It shouldn’t take that long to change my oil, so next time with my recall get in hopefully I will not take so long. Thank you Miss beck.

This was an expensive one, but that's the way it is when I needed all 4 tires replaced. But my experience was truly exceptional. The pick-up/drop-off service was excellent. I was kept informed of the progress, and my car was amazingly clean inside and out when it came back. East-West Lincoln isn't the closed dealer service to me, but I would go nowhere else.

The service was attentive and very professional. The valet, Ms. Rosa was timely. Yvette was very patient with me as I was attempting to send my documents. John was awesome as he made sure that I would get the service if someone canceled. He arranged for a car pick up as well from my school. It is summer, as the principal of an Elementary school , I find it hard to sit for car service. Great customer service. Thank you all! Cynthia R
