I Had to wait an additional 20+ minutes because East West Lincoln couldn't find my rewards in the system. I should have been advised of the service fees/ cost before work started .

Everyone lied told me a different story you gave me a car smell like a dog had holes in the seat. The first loaner I had was brand new they said they had to get it back because it needed servicing which when I talk to the manager he said they didn’t see anything wrong with the car.

It took 2 months to complete my service. There was a lack of communication on EW’s part unless I called to inquire about my car and I didn’t get a loaner car until EW had my car for a month and a half. The loaner car was not as clean as it should have been. It was not a good representation of EW. I have expressed all of these concerns with John Akers, the service manager.

We thank the service department for their efforts in trying to remedy the issue with our vehicle, some of the issues didn’t replicate itself but service did extra road testing to to try to get the issue to happen again with no success
