It wasn’t Mr Owens fault for the reason that I am dissatisfied. I will be sure to make all of my appointments through him for now on. This is my second Lincoln and I never had a bad experience until I allowed someone not assigned to me schedule me. It was a Fiasco

Michael Turner is the absolute best. I was facing an urgent issue, but there was a 50-person waiting list for loaner cars. He helped me get approval from Lincon for them to cover the cost for Hertz rental and got my problem resolved quickly.
