I initially made an appointment for pick up and drop off service. I was told by the service personnel that although I was quoted a pic up date of 5 days later I’d have to wait 30-45 days. I wanted to make a service appointment to at the dealership I was told it was first come first serve and I could not make an appointment. I arrived at the dealership the next day at 10:30 am and was told my car would not be serve until the next day. I came back two days later at 7:30 am. for routine maintenance. It took almost 4 hours to be completed. I understand that service takes time. But what I done understand is Lincoln is a luxury vehicle. And one of the amenities that made me to decay to purchase a Lincoln was the customer service. For the Amoy of money that I paid for this vehicle I expect to be able to make a service appointment and or be able to take drop off pick up option in a reasonable time.

Michael Turner and the gentleman who worked on my car did a wonderful job!! They managed to get everything done and had it ready for me by 5:30pm. I am always so happy when they work on my car. It’s a wonderful service station!!

Right side mirror are clicking and make annoying sounds. Took it twice but it has not been fixed. I owned 4 Lincoln Nautlis but none had this issue. Service staff said this is normal, it is not.

I have been a loyal customer and would like to see more discounts on services that older vehicles need, such as transmission, brakes, tires, etc. also more loaners for when vehicles require more than 24 hours to complete. Not just for those who have newer model vehicles.
