Michael was fine and responsive, but the way the corporate office managed communications on the significant 2 month delay in repair and failed to offer a loaner sooner was unacceptable and had to escalate requests to cover a month of the payment went asked because my husband was without a car for a month without a loaner. Again, this is no reflection of the efforts of the mechanics.
