It too long to get my service ticket. I am accustom to getting a appointment. Even if I had an appointment, there is a bottle neck in the flow to get a ticket. Need more staff to accommodate the business. I welcome a representative calling me.

I was pleased with Mr. Turner’s work. I was not pleased in the fact that I was not offered a loaner car. I had to ask for one and then not one was available. I had to keep calling asking for one. I recently relocated to the area and the inconvenience was not acceptable. In all my years as a lincoln customer I never experienced this type of service. I was very disappointed with no incentive offered to me. I was not a happy camper by no means.

my advisor mike turner was always on his job to give great service. I was not happy with the time it took to get my car fixed. I understand Mike was out on sick leave and no one covered his oppointments while he was out. I found this to be unecceptable
