No call when my car wasn't able to be serviced with an oil change.
I was expecting car back that day.
They told me I'd be updated.
If I didn't call they were going to keep car overnight with NO NOTIFICATION.
I SPECIFICALLY said I needed vCard back THAT DAY. I didn't mind that they were backed up and couldn't service it. I was upset that noone was going to tell me.
Then I picked service to pick up and drop my car back off at my house. Noone could bring it back . Danny was nice enough to send me an Uber to come pick my car up.
Very courteous, professional and attentive service. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The service schedule took too long 7 days. Also why the air conditioner was not covered under the warranty, so why wasn’t the service on the air conditioning done every 6 month to ensure car don’t have this problems.

I brought the car in with a problem and with confidence I put the car in Mr James Owens care he assured me that he would find out what the problem was and get back to me and he did just that ,problem was solved in a timely manner and I received a message on my phone telling me my car was ready,and then when I got to the car it had been washed and cleaned inside, I was sooo impressed, I felt well taken care of and I am bringing my daughter to buy a car from East West Lincoln soon

Was diagnosed the wrong problem to fix fuel pump. Paid $1800 to have it fixed an drove car home an same exact problem prior to fixing happens leaving the car on side of road which lead me to believe that they didn't fix anything or misdiagnosed the real problem. Towed car back to dealer an they said it would be an additional $900 to fix the throttle body even though they had never mentioned the throttle body prior to second breakdown. I asked if I fix throttle body would that fix the problem an they said no guarantee. Why even go to the dealer if they cannot give proper diagnosis on vehicle. If they told us it would be over $3000 dollars to fix the car then I would have traded it in for a new lincoln Continental but after that scam of a service I will never come back for anything. P.s. the first time i towed car to dealership we called service department to let them know it would be towed there an they said ok will be waiting for it. One day went by an no call to confirm it arrived. I called the next day after that to ask an they said they didn't see it an had no idea it was there plus no one wrote a ticket to fix vehicle. If I had not called back to check on it they would have never known it was there. Unacceptable. All around the service was not up to par an I won't be going back. If they were honest I would have just bought a new car now they lost a valuable customer over a scam job.

Mechanic forgot tire lock in the shop. It was recovered the next day. Car wash was not what I had hoped for as a black label customer. Everything else 4.5 stars! Thanks for asking.
