My service guy was awesome. The cashier was forgetful, and whoever was inside my car left the steering wheel black with grease dirt and filth on a white leather steering wheel

The customer service is the worst. My car was not complete I was there at 7 PM did not leave until 2 o’clock all I got was a oil change. Other job don’t get done.I have a important Recall that did not get done. And it have something to do with my brakes Did not get done.

You sent me a text indicating that my vehicle was all done and ready. I called and spoke with. ZZZ Mr Turner who also indicated the same. When my son picked up the truck, the work order indicated that a part for the recall that I brought my truck in for was placed on order. So my truck WAS NOT completed. Turner should have explained this to me when I spoke with him by telephone "totally unexceptable ".

I was told that they were behind and it would be awhile. Didn't think it would be 4 hrs for a oil change however I did also need a air filter.

I can't believe you wanted too charge me 2 hours to check the A/C it's a simple check and then you wanted me too wait up to 2 week before you could check it.And also it was a c.o.d job.I would have never done that to a customer, a quick in and out check.I won't come back,thank you
