Mike is the absolute best!!!! Since I've owned my Lincoln, he always takes very good care of me and it!!! He provides premium service and is very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I've owned a jaguar before this and I thought they had the best service, but they don't compare to Mike. He should be given a huge raise or bonus for being the best service advisor EVER!!!!!!!!!
