I did not hear any communication for 3 to 4 days after my vehicle was picked up. I reached out via text message through the system asking for an update and I received a phone call indicating my vehicle was not seen yet. For my first service experience at this dealership, I was not impressed. My vehicle was finally delivered back to me today. On a positive note, it looks like my vehicle was detailed so I am happy about that. To improve, I would recommend calling customers each day to provide an update.
