Mr. Owen's was extremely helpful getting our Escape services. Had a low battery on Tuesday when we were supposed to be at the shop for routine maintenance. He gave us steps to follow to resolve. Did have to get AAA to jump the battery. Mr. Owen's took the car in. Called with update and had it fixed by the next day Cannot thank you enough for his patience & help.

The service engine light came back on under 12 hours of pick up. I will be taken it back on tomorrow. Since you work on my engine there has been problems related to that. And you charge me $100. To me it looks like you didn't fix it right when you work on my engine.
