John Akers was polite he explained to me that they would check the car out and give me a call. He did call me and gave the price that will take to fix my car. East West should think about bringing that loaner car or courtesy car back. My car was in the shop over two weeks. While my car was in the shop i didn’t have a car to use.

I had to rent a car while my car was being fixed. I received a text and a call that it was ready so I returned the rental however when I came to pick it up it wasn’t technically ready. The warranty hadn’t paid the total so I was still waiting without a car to drive. I had to play middle man with calling warranty service and dealer. It was a big headache!
